Directors Desk was created for the child care sector by people who understand child care. In early 2025 I (Lyndsay, Right) was invited to pitch an HR solution to the Manitoba Child Care Association. The directive from MCCA was clear and simple: we want a program so comprehensive that child care centres don’t have to look elsewhere for HR support. Challenge accepted. Our team drafted our dream system, we spoke to Directors, we leaned on MCCA. That draft is now known as Directors Desk.

I have children in a child care centre, have served as a Board Chair and member at large for a centre, my consulting company has worked with child care centres across the province, and we have a partnership with MCCA.
